This is mainly caused by the surface of the optical system being contaminated. The protective glass (located under the electrode) should be cleaned with absolute alcohol, and the lens on the fiber cover should be cleaned at the same time. Wait until the alcohol is dry before proceeding with welding. If the fault cannot be eliminated, the machine needs to be sent to a repair center for repair.
If the "fiber offset is too large" prompt can not be eliminated after cleaning, and the drive is restored, but it cannot be repaired, it needs to be sent to the repair center for manual adjustment.
If the discharge fails after cleaning, the electrode needs to be replaced. Under normal circumstances, the electrode needs to be cleaned after the electrode is welded about 1000 times, and it needs to be replaced with a new electrode after about 3000 times of use. Please use the original electrode when replacing the electrode. Using other electrodes will not guarantee the normal operation of the splicing machine and may damage the welding machine.
4. The welding machine prompts to replace the electrode.
This is because the fusion splicer is set to remind to replace the electrode. When prompted to replace the electrode, please clean the electrode, and you can enter the fusion splicer parameter setting to change this parameter. The standard setting is 3000 times.
Once the battery is quickly charged and the working time becomes shorter, please perform three deep charging and discharging. If the fault cannot be eliminated, it indicates that the battery life has reached the limit and the original rechargeable battery needs to be replaced. Please contact the repair center for replacement of the battery.
