August 04 , 2021
1. The new end face is contaminated by debris, dust, etc.
Solution: Do not let the cut fiber end face touch anything;
2. When cutting the optical fiber, the angle is too large. In this case, it may be a problem with the cleaver blade. Change a blade for an interview, or there may be debris in the fiber groove of the cleaver. Use a sharp object to clean the fiber groove. ; 3. There are gray and dark spots on the microscope lens and two illuminating lamps or prisms. It may also be falsely reported. Wipe the lens. 4. The value of "End Face Setting" in the menu is relatively small. 5. The corresponding bottom lighting is not on. 6. There is dust in the V-groove, or the optical fiber is not correctly inserted into the groove, and the image is vacant.
Solution: Increase the value of "Endface Setting". Wipe the lens, wipe the corresponding illuminator and check whether the light is normal, clean the V-groove and try again.
